As high school sweethearts from Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, we’ve always been active fitness enthusiasts, balancing our dedication to training with the joys of raising our two daughters. Our commitment to an active lifestyle isn’t just a personal choice—it’s a philosophy we wholeheartedly believe in.

history

At Endless Fitness, we turned our dream into reality—a vibrant gym where community thrives, goals are met, and every workout is a celebration. For Logan, fitness means embracing life fully with loved ones, using exercise and nutrition to enhance well-being and live pain-free.

Paige’s journey from stress relief to passion for fitness inspired us to launch Endless Fitness in April 2019, drawing on years of industry experience. We’ve witnessed firsthand how a supportive gym community can transform lives, and we’re dedicated to sharing that journey with you.

F7 Fitness has lots of training options available. Personal Training is offered in a one-on-one format lead by a certified personal trainer, providing a very personalized experience. Small group training is similar to personal training, only it’s more fun as there are typically 2-4 people in a session. Group Training include 5+ people and provide accountability and an energy-filled atmosphere that keeps you motivated.

Yes, we do! Making healthy happen should be as easy as possible and the option to take a quick shower after a workout is sometimes the difference between “I can work out” and “I can’t work out.” Our club has showers and bathrooms, and offer lockers.

F7 Fitness does not offer basketball courts or swimming pools.
While there isn’t a set age limit, our Fitness must comply with state laws on age requirements and age restrictions.
We offer Wifi. F7 Fitness has separate a Wifi password.
